To returning members, welcome!

 

The period of membership is 12 months from January to December. Membership renewal fees are NOW DUE. Membership may be terminated if fees are in arrears by two months. Please ensure fees are paid by the end of February or you will be required to reapply for membership and pay the joining fee again.

Evidence of current vaccination for each dog is a requirement for renewal. If a titre test (for Parvovirus and Distemper) is being used, evidence of current vaccination for kennel cough must also be provided as this is not covered by the titre test.

 

To renew your existing membership, complete the online form below, ensure you upload evidence of current vaccination/titre test and pay the renewal fee.

 

2024 Membership renewal is not complete until the form has been submitted with vaccination evidence supplied, and the membership fee has been paid.

Please DO NOT complete this form if you are wanting to enrol in Beginners Obedience.

2024 MEMBERSHIP FEES

SINGLE:                                                                                 $15/yr 

DUAL:                                                                                    $20/yr

* must be resident at the same address.

JUNIOR (12 - 18 yr old):                                                         $5/yr

LIFE MEMBER:                                                                        $0/yr

* valid only for those nominated & approved.

HONOURARY MEMBER:                                                         $0/yr

* valid only for those nominated & approved.

Please note that if your renewal is not paid by Feb 29th, you will need to reapply for membership and the $25 joining fee will apply.

RENEWING MEMBERS - Keep in mind that renewal fees are due by the end of February. After the last day of February, your membership will be deemed to have lapsed and you will need to reapply as a New Member, including payment of the $25 joining fee.

MEMBER INFORMATION

All club communications are posted to the Members Only Facebook Group, including if classes need to be cancelled due to weather. Please join this group to be informed of club activities, events, meeting announcements, meeting minutes, volunteer opportunities, and your classes.

 

The SCDOC collects personal information for the purpose of communicating with members and to maintain the Register of Members in accordance with s. 9.1(a) of the Association of Incorporations Act 1999 (Qld). Your personal information may only be distributed to a third party where you consent to the disclosure or is required or authorised by law.

  • I/We acknowledge that photos will be taken at times during Club activities (mainly for the Club Members Facebook page).
